We collect minimal data necessary for service provision: (a) Identifiers: Phone number and email address submitted during the payment verification process. (b) Financial Data: UTR numbers and transaction timestamps. We DO NOT collect, view, or store your bank account details or UPI PINs. (c) Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers. (d) Interaction Data: Chat inputs to facilitate AI responses.
To optimize your experience and ensure privacy, your "Relationship Progression" score and language preferences are stored locally on your device via localStorage. Clearing your browser data or using the in-app 'Clear Chat' function will permanently delete this data.
Data is used exclusively to: verify payments and prevent fraud; deliver personalized AI chat experiences; comply with legal obligations; and send critical transactional updates regarding your premium status.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third-party brokers. Data is only shared with essential infrastructure providers (hosting, AI API providers) under strict confidentiality agreements, or with law enforcement if required by a valid legal order.
