Welcome to Blissfun. By accessing, browsing, or using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.
Blissfun provides interactive, adult-oriented AI roleplay entertainment. Access is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing the service, you represent and legally warrant that you are 18 or older. Falsifying your age is a material breach of these Terms and a violation of applicable laws.
You expressly acknowledge that Blissfun is an entertainment platform powered by Artificial Intelligence. All characters (including Kavita, Anjali, and Tania), dialogues, and interactions are 100% fictional and computer-generated. You are not communicating with real human beings. The platform does not offer, and must not be construed as offering, professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice.
You agree to use the platform in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000. You shall not: (a) attempt to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer the AI safety filters, paywalls, or prompt architecture; (b) use the service to generate illegal, non-consensual, or unlawful content; (c) utilize automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to interact with the platform; or (d) harass, threaten, or abuse the platform's infrastructure.
Premium access is granted via a manual Unified Payments Interface (UPI) transaction. By submitting a Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number, you warrant that you are the authorized owner of the bank account. Fraudulent UTR submissions, including the use of duplicate or fabricated numbers, will result in immediate and permanent IP bans and potential reporting to financial authorities.
All content, including character personas, UI/UX design, underlying code, and generated text, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Blissfun. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-commercial license to interact with the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Blissfun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the AI generated content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blissfun and its founders from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
