Strict No-Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

All payments of ₹471 (incl. GST) on Blissfun are strictly final and non-refundable.

1. Exemption for Digital Goods

Blissfun operates under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Our service provides immediate, irrevocable access to digital content, API-driven server usage, and premium roleplay features. Because the service is delivered and consumed instantly upon the approval of your UTR, it is classified as a non-returnable digital good.

2. Zero Refund Guarantee

All successful payments of ₹471 (inclusive of GST) are strictly final and non-refundable. Once a UTR is manually verified and your account status is upgraded to 'Premium', no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the AI's responses, failure to utilize the daily message quota, or account termination due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Fraud and Chargebacks

Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your bank after consuming our digital service will be treated as theft of services. We log IP addresses and UTR timestamps to defend against fraudulent claims.

4. Duplicate Transactions Exception

The only exception to this policy is a verifiable duplicate transaction. If you accidentally execute two identical UPI transfers for the exact same billing cycle, you must contact support within 24 hours with both UTR numbers. Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original source account within 7-10 business days.

5. Cancellations

As our system relies on manual UPI payments rather than auto-debit mandates, you are in complete control of cancellations. To cancel your service, simply decline to make the next manual payment. Your premium access will expire naturally at the end of the paid term.
